Start with the medicine name

What should the quote include?
- The exact prescribed product, strength, form, and package quantity.
- The medicine price plus any consultation, membership, supplies, and shipping charges.
- The refill price and billing interval, including any introductory discount.
- Whether the quote requires insurance coverage or coupon eligibility.
Is compounded semaglutide the same product?
